Does anyone want a Porsche Spyder at the current cost?

1 min read

You may have to wait a while if you want a Porsche Spyder slot car. These cars have been priced anywhere from $50 to $200. I’m not sure if anyone is buying them though.

I’ve been looking at these cars on eBay for about five months. The same slot cars appear to be showing up month after month in auctions. Since they are being relisted it’s a sign they aren’t moving. There may be future price drop opportunities to get a reasonable price.

Even though I think the pricing could change, it’s probably a few months away. It’s all about how long are you willing to wait. What’s the risk? The prices could go up dramatically and then completely out of reach. I don’t know about you, but that’s a risk I’m willing to take. If later I could buy two cars at the current price it’s worth it.

The Porsche Spyder is a beautiful slot car and is no longer produced that I’m aware of. Remember that when deciding on whether to purchase or not. That’s the reason it is a collector piece.

I have a love for all things toy car-related whether it's Lamborghini toy cars, Corvette C8 toy cars, or big car toys for adults. My specialty is looking for the best deals in the right places.

Vintage toy cars are something that fascinates me. What makes old toy cars worth money? The desire to have the car that you dreamed about as a kid. Having the income to purchase the car now that you've found, imagining the joy that it will bring.

What toy car brands are hot right now?

Technology has always been a passion of mine so I've always studied information systems. I have over 20 years of experience in this function and love it because it's challenging but also rewarding.
