Toy cars are a way to connect with others who love to read about, drive, or wish to own something special. Some like to read magazines and watch car shows. While some pay for car driving experiences. I’m the toy-collecting type, but I support all of the examples.
Being able to see the beauty shrunk down to a small scale allows a person to grasp the creation. Understanding that someone put their creativity into something to be joyed by others. Whether it’s the performance or the looks that grab a person’s attention it’s a great invention to shrink it down where all can afford to own them.
A Lamborghini is something that I strive to have at some point in my life. The price point at the moment is prohibitive for me. So, I collect these cars in toy form every chance that I get. It’s a representation of something to achieve.
My dream car is the Lamborghini Gallardo, it’s small and mighty. Not exactly sure of when I started following it. Some people like the Countach but I believe those are the ugliest cars. I’m sorry but I have to speak my truth. I have a couple of that I have collected over time, that I’ll try to cover in later blog posts.
When it comes to collecting toy cars of this model, I jump between Scalextric and Carrera toys. I currently tend to lean more towards Carrera because I like the quality a little more. They seem to be a little heavier or sturdy. I don’t race them; I use them for casual track runs and display purposes. The car displayed in this post is a Scalextric Lamborghini.
